WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We’re based in lovely London, UK – it’s where all your babyccino goodies are lovingly packed and sent out by our mama-and-mini team!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, we ship within the UK and Ireland. We’re working on expanding our shipping options – so if you’re outside those areas and keen for a Pix + Pop delivery, drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do!
I ORDERED SOMETHING, WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
We aim to pack and ship your order within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
After that, delivery times are:
📦 UK – 2 to 4 working days
📦 Ireland – 3 to 6 working days
You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is on the way!
THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE, WHAT DO I DO?
Oh no – we’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@pixandpop.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us a photo of the issue and your order number so we can sort it out quickly and make things right. 💛
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you’ve had a change of heart (or accidentally ordered two of the same thing – we’ve all been there), email us at hello@pixandpop.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it for you. Once it’s been shipped, we can’t make changes – but we’ll always try to help where we can!
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We hope you love your Pix + Pop goodies, but if something’s not quite right, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Email us at hello@pixandpop.com and we’ll sort it out with you.
ARE YOUR BABYCCINO CUPS DISHWASHER SAFE?
Yes! Our reusable babyccino cups are made from bamboo and come with a food-grade silicone lid and straw – all BPA-free and top-rack dishwasher safe.
(But if you’re a hand-wash kind of person, that works too!)
WHAT ARE YOUR BABYCCINO CUPS MADE FROM?
Our cups are made from eco-friendly bamboo fibre with a soft, food-grade silicone lid and straw. They're BPA-free, phthalate-free, and safe for little sippers. Perfect for babyccinos, frothy milk, or mini smoothies on the go!
ARE YOUR CUPS SAFE FOR KIDS?
Absolutely. Our cups are designed with little hands in mind and made from child-safe materials. They’re sturdy, reusable, and barista-approved – perfect for café adventures or pretend play at home.
CAN I PUT HOT DRINKS IN THE CUP?
Yes – our cups are made for warm drinks like babyccinos or frothy milk. Just make sure the drink isn’t too hot before handing it to your little one. Always test the temperature first (you know the drill!).
